The more often you use a particular program will perform faster. eBoostr gathers statistics on applications that use it and how often, optimizing their performance of pre-caching their files and data and allowing faster access speed and reduced delays.

Cache Memory
If more than 1 GB of RAM installed you can use a part of it to a cache file. RAM of the computer has a very high read rate and a zero for times-thus you can get up to 50x higher overall random read speed. We do not recommend going out less than 1 GB of RAM in the system after adding a cache. However, you can try this on your settings, installed applications can be comfortable with the amount you leave.

Exclude List
There were numerous requests for this feature. Now you can specify the location of any file or a mask to be excluded from caching by eBoostr. Be careful with this feature! If you exclude the “C:” location, then all files located on this drive will not be cached so any system files or applications.

Power Saving Mode
This feature is very useful for notebook owners. When your laptop is the battery, eBoostr automatically goes into power saving mode. This mode automatically turns off the cache and rebuild all redirects file requests from the cache memory devices. Flash drives consume much less power compared to “power hungry” hard disk, increasing the battery life of his time.
